Description: Two bay modular classroom & WC block that was sited directly above a large storm water tank in a sloping playground area with tight access. We were able to design a foundation solution that spanned the tank using steelwork - and due to the length of the steels required, the installation had to be carried out over a weekend whilst the school was un-occupied. Decking, steps, ramps & making good also included.

Description: Construction of 19,800 ft2 high bay steel framed warehouse building for dry and cold storage including blast freezer installation. Construction methodology included bottom driven steel case piles and permeable drainage system for all storm water due to the high water table which was only just below ground level. Due to the proximity with the runways at Heathrow airport specialist clearance had to be obtained from air traffic control for all on site crane activities.

Description: Construction of 24,800ft 2 steel framed warehouse and office units. Works involved a 6,300m 3 reduce dig across the sloping site. The site was very cramped with the building occupying most of the site area. For improved speed of construction and occupier security Roger Bullivant Quikwall precast wall panels with an integral foundation toe were installed to all perimeter walls, therefore saving the cost of a perimeter strip foundation and drastically reducing the construction programme.
